Corporate Responsibility Made Simple is a practical service designed for SMEs. It provides a clear picture of the company’s current situation and helps put the essential elements in place – without a heavy sustainability project or unnecessary documentation.

The process starts with a short online questionnaire. Existing policies, guidelines and other relevant documents can also be submitted for review. Based on the assessment, it is determined what is already at an appropriate level, what should be improved and what is still missing.

The service provides:

• a clear assessment of the company’s current situation
• the essential missing documents and practical tools tailored to the company’s needs, such as corporate responsibility principles, a Supplier Code of Conduct or a supplier risk assessment
• a practical action plan defining what should be done next, who is responsible and within what timeframe
• a joint review of the results and expert recommendations for the next steps.

The service is primarily delivered remotely. If preferred, the results can also be presented and discussed on-site with management and key personnel.

The aim is not to create another pile of paperwork. Existing good practices are utilised, essential gaps are addressed, and the necessary practices and tools are made as easy as possible for the company to maintain.

The assessment can be repeated, for example, after one year. This provides a concrete view of the progress made and helps identify the next practical steps for further development.
